ICHIO recognizes the urgent need to address the impacts of climate change in Uganda. We work with communities to promote climate-resilient agriculture, teaching farmers sustainable practices that increase yields while protecting the environment.
Our reforestation initiatives combat deforestation and soil erosion, restoring ecosystems and improving livelihoods. We also focus on disaster preparedness, equipping communities with the knowledge and tools to respond to climate-related emergencies like floods and droughts. Through these efforts, we aim to build resilience and ensure food security for future generations.
